In my experience with letters from colleges I’ve learned something: big envelope…good; small envelope…not so good (with the occasional exception). So yesterday when this fantastically colorful, large envelope showed up in our mailbox, addressed from SPU, I knew what was coming. I am excited to inform you that, yes, I have been accepted at SPU! So come September, I will be moving into my dorm room on Queen Anne Hill.

Today I got another happy surprise in my mailbox. My business license came!

So now I’m going to be a college student and a business owner. That’s weird to think about. Just some of those changes I was talking about.

I wonder what will come in my future trips to the mailbox.
